Leaving for San Francisco!!!

I am leaving on Monday for a week-long conference in San Francisco, CA. Katiebug is excited about our trip. There has been a lot of stress in my life lately, but things are good right now. Keep checking back and I will try to update everyone on what is happening in San Francisco.

This past weekend!!!

This past weekend I attended a Business Expo in Dallas. I had to give a speech and I was very nervous, but everything turned out good. This is a busy week for me and katiebug. I am dog sitting for a friend of mine. Katiebug and Rusty get along well with one another.

I know I keep promising some exciting news and I will have some news to announce very soon.

I am back online!!

Where to begin!! So much has happened over the last couple of months. First and foremost, I would like to thank my customers for all their support.

I would also like to tell everyone that my dear friend Lonnie Teper's mother passed away. I hope everyone will keep him in their prayers.

On to some good news. The Chicago White Sox are totally loving my products. I have been invited out to their training camp in Arizona in the next couple of weeks. I am so excited!!!

Tough Time of the Year

Hello everyone,

I just got back from visiting my family. This is a rough time of year for my family, because we lost our very special mother at the end of this month. Kinda hard to type about this so, I am sorry that I dont have much more to report. Till next time.

A changing world

Seems like my post are going to be about once a week. I have been trying to post more often, but seems that things happen that keep me away. Todays post will be a bit short. I am just wanting to say goodbye to a friend. Recently we all lost someone very special in the fitness industry. This is very hard on me so I just want to say goodbye and I will miss you.
